Allie

CFO (Chief Feline Officer)

Allie supervises our staff and keeps us in line, even though she is caught sleeping most of the time. As our cat boss, she makes sure our receptionists are on task while she sits in the sun on the window seal and watches the cars go by. She came to us as a stray and always shows her appreciation for her new home by purring so loudly the entire room can hear. She demands that she never see the bottom of her bowl and makes sure we come and shake it and cover the bottom back up if any is showing. She is very persuasive and will never give up so we have to make sure the things she is asking for are at the top of our to do lists. She is definitely MVP of our staff!

Brittney

Practice Manager

Brittney, our Practice Manager, has been with SVH since 2005. She has completed her bachelor’s degree in biology at Idaho State University. Brittney has a Husky mix named Cash, a rambunctious but loving hound mix named Eva, and a house ruling cat named Squint Eastwood. She loves to spend her free time playing soccer and hanging out with her family and furrballs.

Stacey

Front Office Supervisor

Stacey has been working with us since 2018 and is our front office supervisor. She moved from Kansas City with her husband for his new job, which was the best thing that could have happened to us. She is unparalleled in her compassion and dedication to helping every animal she comes across. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports and hanging out with her furr-babies. She has 3 kids and 3 grandbabies. She also has a whole family of cats and dogs. One is a Great Pyrenese named Wyn, and the other is a Heeler named Bode.

Diane

Receptionist

Diane has been working for SVH since 2009. She is one of the kindest and compassionate members of the receptionist team. She has one kitty clown named Stinky PantsStinky Pants, two children, and three grandchildren. In her free time, she loves Christmas and collects Christmas ornaments. She has such an amazing heart and volunteers at the local food bank on her day off every week.

Madi

Receptionist

Madi has been an Idaho resident her entire life. She joined our reception staff in July of 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree in radiographic science and also fell victim to the cuteness of our patients, making the career change to veterinary medicine. She likes to spend her free time camping with her husband and hanging out with her kitties, Sayo and Marshall.

Becki

Veterinary Technician

Becki came to us after moving to Idaho Falls in 2018 from Seattle with her husband. She worked as a technician for 8 years at a large rescue in Seattle before she came to us. She has fostered dozens of dogs and cats over the years and was key in helping to find them, new families, to call home. She loves to spend her free time with her children and grandchildren. She also has two cats, Jack and Beau.

Alisha

Veterinary Technician

Alisha has become a valuable asset to our technician team. She started with us in 2019 and has quickly fallen in love with the work we do and all our furry clients. She has 2 dogs, a Pitbull mix named Lillee who is sassy, spoiled, silly, and quirky, and a Chihuahua named Chomper, who is a snuggle bug and bossy. In her free time, she enjoys gaming with her hubby, traveling, cuddling with her furrbabies, and organizing. It is a pleasure having her as part of the Shelley Veterinary Staff.

Sally

Veterinary Technician

Sally made the journey from California and joined our team in October of 2022. She has worked in several branches of human medicine until the cuteness of our patients pulled her to us. She has 2 human children and 2 furrkids, Mr. Winston and Angus. Anything outdoors, especially fishing, is her favorite and she loves to attend concerts whenever possible. She started with our reception team and has quickly advanced to veterinarian assistant and is thriving.
